Dubrovnik might be one of the most slept-on weekend trips. The old town is cool for Game of Thrones lovers, but what made it unreal for us? A full-on boat day that took us to the sickest spots and an ATV tour through the hills that gave us the best views of the whole trip.
If you’re going with friends, here’s exactly how to do it right:
Start the weekend off on the water. We booked a private boat and spent the day cruising around these mini islands, swimming in caves, and blasting music while we jumped off rocks. The water is ridiculously clear.
Pro tip: bring extra drinks and snacks. And if you’re feeling boujee, ask the captain to stop at a beach club for lunch — we pulled up by boat and ate with ocean views. Peak abroad energy.
Next day, time to switch it up. You get picked up and driven out to the countryside where you hop on ATVs and ride through dirt paths, vineyards, and trails overlooking the coast. It’s not some touristy loop either — you actually get to explore and see parts of Croatia you’d never find on your own.
We stopped a few times to take pics and chill, and at the end there was a local meal that honestly hit the spot after riding all morning.

Buža Bar – You drink on a cliff while the sun sets. Enough said.
Revelin Club – Huge club inside a fortress.
Lazareti – Chill vibes, smaller crowd, solid music.
