Pricing
Trip prices are based on current exchange rates and taxes. We reserve the right to adjust prices in response to currency fluctuations or tax changes. Once your booking is confirmed, the price is locked and will not be adjusted.
Payment
Accepted payment methods will be clearly stated during the booking process. Additional fees may apply depending on your chosen payment method. Failure to make payments on time may result in booking cancellation.
Cancellation Policy
If full payment is not received by the designated due date, FlexTrip Travel LLC reserves the right to cancel your booking and offer the spot to another applicant without issuing a refund or credit.Cancellation policies vary by activity and supplier. User Reviews and Content

Foreign Concerns & Changes
We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel trips at any time prior to the scheduled start date due to circumstances such as health emergencies or international concerns. We are not responsible for expenses related to external bookings (e.g., airfare, hotels, insurance, or visas) not included in the trip cost.During trips, the itinerary may be adjusted due to operational needs or concerns regarding health, safety, or guest satisfaction.
Documentation
You are responsible for securing all necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, permits, vaccination certificates, and insurance. FlexTrip Travel LLC is not liable for any travel disruptions resulting from incomplete or incorrect documentation.
