All bookings, reservations, and transactions made through FlexTrip are subject to:Availability
- Accurate personal, payment, and travel information supplied by you
- Additional terms required by third-party vendors or suppliers
FlexTrip Travel LLC and our third-party partners reserve the right to reject or cancel bookings at our discretion. We are not responsible for losses due to inaccurate data or failure to complete required steps.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout and may vary due to exchange rates, taxes, or supplier changes. Once a booking is confirmed and paid, the price is locked.Payment must be made using accepted methods at the time of booking. Failure to complete payment may result in booking cancellation without refund.
5. Cancellation Policy
If full payment is not submitted by the due date, FlexTrip may cancel the booking without refund. Cancellation policies vary by activity and supplier. Refund requests, if allowed, may be subject to fees or non-refundable terms. Some bookings are strictly non-refundable.
6. Medical Conditions & Fitness to Travel
You must disclose any relevant medical conditions before booking. Pregnancy is considered a medical condition and must be reported in advance. We reserve the right to decline bookings for guests who cannot be safely accommodated.We recommend you consult a physician regarding travel fitness, vaccinations, and medical precautions. FlexTrip does not provide medical advice and is not liable for health-related matters during travel.
7. Documentation & Travel Requirements
You are responsible for securing valid passports, visas, permits, insurance, and other necessary documents. FlexTrip is not responsible for disruptions arising from incomplete or incorrect documentation.
8. User Content & Reviews
Users may submit content such as reviews, photos, or comments. By submitting content, you grant FlexTrip a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, or display that content. You may not post content that is:False or misleading
- Commercial or spam-based
- Infringing on intellectual property or privacy rights
- Offensive, abusive, or unlawful
FlexTrip reserves the right to remove content that violates these conditions.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, branding, images, text, code, and other intellectual property on the platform are owned or licensed by FlexTrip Travel LLC and protected under applicable copyright and IP law. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any part of the platform without prior written permission.
10. Changes, Cancellations & Force Majeure
FlexTrip reserves the right to modify or cancel trips due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to: civil unrest, weather, public health concerns, operational issues, or supplier closures.We are not responsible for expenses related to independent bookings (airfare, lodging, insurance, etc.) made outside of FlexTrip.
11. Liability
FlexTrip coordinates with independent suppliers (e.g., drivers, accommodations, activity operators). We do not control their operations and are not liable for:Injury, illness, or death
- Property loss or damage
- Delays, cancellations, or failures by third parties
You are responsible for your own conduct during trips and may be charged for damage or costs resulting from your actions.By using our services, you agree not to pursue legal claims against FlexTrip for incidents beyond our direct control.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.Any disputes arising out of these Terms or use of FlexTrip services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
13. Privacy
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.1
