Four days, one bucket list. The Pyramids and the Sphinx, the tombs at Saqqara, the two museums everyone flies in for, and a private boat on the Nile with dinner on board. A guide, every transfer and every entry fee are already in the price.

Their local team meets you at Cairo or Giza airport, walks you through the visa on arrival and drives you to the hotel. Nothing is scheduled, so take whatever flight works.
The Great Pyramid of Khufu and the Sphinx first thing. After lunch, Saqqara for the Step Pyramid of Djoser and the Old Kingdom tombs, plus a papyrus and a perfume workshop on the way back. Optional group dinner at night.
The Grand Egyptian Museum, the biggest archaeological museum on the planet, with the full Tutankhamun collection together for the first time. Then the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization and the Royal Mummies Gallery. At night, a private boat on the Nile with food on board.
Citadel of Saladin and the Alabaster Mosque, then Al Azhar Mosque and park. Old Cairo for the Hanging Church, Abu Serga and the Ben Ezra Synagogue. Khan El Khalili Bazaar and free time before your transfer to the airport.
Flights are not included. You book your own, then send the details to trips@citylifemadrid.com and Citylife arranges your airport pickup and drop off in Egypt.
You do not have to live in Madrid to come. Anyone can join as long as you arrive and depart on the dates below, because the transfers and the whole itinerary are built around them. Fly in and out of Cairo (CAI) or Giza (SPX). Compare everything on Skyscanner.
Book an earlier flight on Thursday and their partners still meet you and handle the visa, there is just nothing scheduled that day. Book an earlier one home on Sunday and they will still run you to the airport, but you may miss part of the last day.
Student Card Ticket, €399.99. Only if you have an official physical student card. Citylife buys the discounted monument tickets in advance, so you save. Every monument checks, and you show the card at the entrance. No valid card means you pay the full entry fee at each museum on the spot.
General Ticket, €449.99. Open to everyone, no student check, regular adult entry tickets. Pick the one that actually fits your situation.
Everyone travelling to Egypt needs a visa, either before you go or on arrival, and your passport has to be valid for at least 6 months from the day you enter.
Visa on arrival. $30 USD or EUR, cash only, at the kiosks in the arrival hall right before immigration. Valid 30 days. A Citylife rep is there to walk you through it. Tell them in advance if you are doing this so their partners in Egypt can prep it and you skip the line.
E visa online. $30 by card on the official government site, valid 3 months. You have to make an account and apply at least 7 days before you leave, then email Citylife so they can give you the extra details the form asks for.
3★ hotel in Giza, usually doubles or triples with separate beds. Rooms are assigned off what you fill in when you sign up.
There is a group name field at checkout. Put who you want to room with in it and they will do their best to keep you together. Leave it blank and they will assume you are fine sharing with someone you do not know, so email trips@citylifemadrid.com if that is not the case.
The itinerary is built around the cheapest flights going. If you want to come in early or stay one more night, Citylife adds a night at one of their group hotels for €75. That covers the night, breakfast depending on when your flight leaves, and the airport transfer.
Arranged by email, not on the checkout. Send your flight details to trips@citylifemadrid.com so they can set the shuttle up.
Citylife offers a basic package as an add on at their checkout, from Innovac with Europassistance, covering basic medical emergencies for the trip. Full coverage breakdown.
It is not mandatory, but it is on you to travel with proper cover. If you skip it they will assume you are covered by another policy.
Checkout opens on citylifemadrid.com. Your spot is held once you pay, and their team emails you with the flight and rooming details.
